A structural walk-thru of your new home during the building process

STEP 3: PRE-DELIVERY APPOINTMENT

See the finishes you’ve selected, note any deficiencies and learn about important maintenance and mechanical functions in your home

STEP 4: PREP FOR CLOSING

Courtesy notification regarding closing related items such as setting up your mailbox, utilities and final lawyer’s appointment

STEP 5: CLOSING

Pickup your key and sign-off that your home has been built to satisfaction

STEP 6: WARRANTY FOLLOW-UP

Courtesy notification for you 30-day and 1-year warranty dates to ensure your exceptional new home experience

STEP 7: ONGOING CARE

Enjoy ongoing comprehensive customer service and warranty backed by HCRA’s 1, 2 and 7 year coverage

After you purchase a home with us, you will receive your Homebuyer login which will provide you online access to all of your purchasing and design related documents and construction process updates.
