Reviewing this will allow you to visualize your new home and will make for a seamless appointment. This is your first opportunity to see our design features in person, so take advantage of your one-on-one viewing!
Visit the model home — we use our model homes to showcase upgrades and standard features you too can include in your new home. Visiting our models in surrounding communities will allow you to see our various design features up close and personal and help ignite your own wishlist.
Ask for product samples — there’s more to selecting the design of your new home than you think. Picking a trendy new paint colour or modern backsplash is exciting, but it’s important to see if it compliments the furniture and décor you currently own. Our Décor Studio has a variety of product samples you can borrow that will allow you to better envision the design of your future space and make changes before it’s installed.
Set a budget — think of purchasing a new home like buying a car, not everyone has the same needs and preferences which is why we allow for personalization. These upgrades aren’t included in the purchase price which is why it’s important to set a budget for any upgrades you wish to include.
